Terms of Service
These terms apply when you create a MesTweaks account, buy a license or use the MesTweaks software. By doing so you agree to them.
1. The software
MesTweaks changes Windows settings to improve responsiveness for gaming. Each change is backed up and can be restored from within the app, and uninstalling the app restores the original settings. Results depend on your hardware and configuration, and we do not guarantee any specific performance improvement.
2. Your license
- A license lets you use MesTweaks on one PC at a time for the period you purchased, or indefinitely for lifetime licenses.
- You may move your license to another PC once every 7 days.
- Licenses are personal. You may not share, resell or publish license keys.
- You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the software, or bypass its license checks, except where the law allows this regardless of these terms.
3. Your account
Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or revoke accounts and licenses that break these terms, for example through key sharing or fraudulent payments.
4. Payments and refunds
Prices and payment terms are shown at the time of purchase. Refund requests are handled according to the refund policy shown at checkout and any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
5. Games and third parties
MesTweaks does not modify game files or game memory. MesTweaks is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Epic Games, Microsoft or any other game or platform publisher. Fortnite is a trademark of Epic Games, Inc.
6. Using the software safely
We recommend creating a Windows restore point before applying changes; the app offers to do this for you. You use the software at your own risk.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the software is limited to the amount you paid for your license in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the software and these terms. If we make significant changes to these terms we will notify you in the app. You may stop using MesTweaks and ask us to delete your account at any time.
